The Towards Successful Seniority group method helps in career management, maintaining personal resources, developing competence and managing stress in a changing work life.

For whom?

Trainer’s manual is for group method trainers. At least one of the trainers should have completed the instructor training for this method with the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. Participant’s workbook is for those attending the coaching programme or, where applicable, for independent use.

Benefits?

The benefits of the method have been assessed by means of impact studies, according to which the Towards Successful Seniority coaching strengthened participants’ internal motivation and career management skills. The method also reduced long sickness absences.
