This accessibility statement applies to the online service at https://hyvatyo.ttl.fi/en/mental-health-toolkit and has been updated on 24 March 2025. The service is subject to the law on the provision of digital services, which requires that public online services must be accessible. The accessibility of the service has been assessed by an external expert organisation.

This service is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements. We are constantly working to improve accessibility.

The mental health tools that the online service provides have been implemented using different technologies. Therefore, their accessibility varies. This accessibility statement has been structured according to the technologies.

Non-accessible content

Web pages (hyvatyo.ttl.fi/mielenterveyden-tyokalupakki)

  • The heading hierarchy is inconsistent.  
  • The reading and focus order are not logical in certain sections of the website.  
  • Error messages in the newsletter subscription form are not announced via screen readers and other assistive technologies.

Files

  • PDF files provided as part of certain tools are not fully accessible.  
  • Certain tools offer the option to download content as a separate file (e.g. PowerPoint) to the user’s own device. These files are not accessible.

  • The icon leading to the accessible mode is not named.
  • Keyboard focus is not visible.  
  • The reading and focus orders are not logical.

  • Certain colour contrasts in user interface elements do not meet the minimum requirement.  
  • Content and functionality are not fully responsive.  
  • The programmatic structure is not made clear via assistive technologies. Issues are caused mainly by the grouping of questions, using the slider control, and the dragging functionality.  
  • Error messages are not announced via screen readers and other assistive technologies.

  • The main heading (a h1 level heading) is missing.
  • Increasing text spacing causes the visual presentation of content to fail.
  • The programmatic structure is not made clear via assistive technologies. Issues are caused mainly the grouping of radio buttons: the grouping is only visual, not programmatic.
  • Error messages are not announced via screen readers and other assistive technologies

  • Content published by users or other third parties that is not produced, funded or controlled by the service provider itself.
  • Office software files (e.g. doc, pdf, ppt, xls) published before 23 September 2018.
  • Content archived before 23 September 2019.
  • Live video or audio streams not recorded for storage or reissue.
  • Video or audio recordings published before 23 September 2020.
