The How are you feeling? -well-being at work test allows you to establish the status of your own well-being at work and receive advice on maintaining and improving your situation. The free and popular tool is now also available in English.
In the test, well-being at work is assessed according to how you feel about your work and how you feel about the level of alertness associated with your work. The 26 multiple-choice questions provide you with your own well-being at work profile and personalised feedback based on research.
The test is particularly useful for employees, entrepreneurs and the self-employed. The test is intended for personal use, but a work community can jointly agree to use the test together.
The toolkit also features many other tools in English
There is a wide range of tools in English for building a work culture that supports mental well-being. For example, the Work Ability Management Overview tool provides an overview of the current state of work ability management at the workplace and ways to develop different areas.
The job burnout traffic lights help in surveying the risk of occupational burnout at the workplace. The survey provides information on the prevalence of burnout in the workplace and tips for further measures.
We will continue to complement the Mental Health Toolkit with new tools during the year.
