Understanding human factors helps improve safety

The Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH) has been studying, testing and developing a human factors tool for several years in air traffic management, the nuclear energy industry, the maritime sector, aviation maintenance, the railway sector, and most recently, the construction industry.

The HF Tool™ helps both personnel and management obtain a better understanding of the human factor-related causes of incidents and to improve work processes.

FIOH is launching an online course called Recovery from work

Online coaching motivates employees to live healthily at work and in their private life, which has a positive effect on recovery from work, work ability and occupational safety.

The ‘Recovery from Work’ online coaching is suitable for all organizations that aim to prevent stress and improve well-being at work.

Please collect 10 or more people to join, so we can provide you with a personal trainer and access to this course for 12 weeks. Prize is only 179€/person (+VAT).
