Hybrid work may relieve increasing rates of boredom in remote work
Employees are growing tired of remote work, whereas in-office work engagement and work ability have decreased due to the prolonged pandemic. Hybrid forms of work may bring relief during the exceptional circumstances of work life.
These findings are from the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health’s ‘Miten Suomi voi?’ (How is Finland?) study, which monitors developments in well-being at work during the pandemic.
