10 guidelines for the promotion of equality in recruitment

Recruitment practices promoting diversity may prove to be a practical solution to the lack of applicants while also reducing unintentional discrimination.

Discrimination in the recruitment process can be prevented by reforming recruitment practices. Recruitment practices promoting diversity were published in the Manifold More project of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health.

Study: When an employee experiences work engagement, the benefits are apparent in the individual’s life as well as in society in general.

Work engagement was discovered to have a positive effect in the labour market.

FIOH guidelines for workplaces to prevent coronavirus infection

These instructions are intended for conducting a risk assessment at a workplace in order to identify the dangers related to COVID-19 infections. If activities of the workplace pose a risk of exposure to COVID-19, the employer must define the likelihood, nature, number and duration of employee exposure.
